Heel restraints (Dutch: heelstrings, hielveters) are every rowers responsibility. The supplies are in this bucket between loods 1&2. If you find them missing or broken then please replace before you row. This is a safety issue and they are required. This is not something for the maintenance book. We will make a video for those who would like instruction on how to install.
